Produced by a family run business who have been producing charcuterie for over 90 years. The chorizo is produced in the scenic Spanish region of Navarra, set against the backdrop of the Pyrenees, an area that is renowned for its love of fine Spanish cuisine, and very well suited for the production of charcuterie due to the altitude and cool air.
Perfect for adding a spicy kick to Paella, pasta or a charcuterie board.
