Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat grill to a medium/high heat. Remove all packaging. Rub chops with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chops on a grill pan. During Cooking: Cook under a medium/high heat for 12-14 mins. Turn occasionally. After Cooking. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan over a high heat. Rub each chop with 5ml vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. During Cooking: Pan fry over high heat for 4 minutes, turning halfway through. Transfer chops to a baking tray and cook on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for a further 10 mins. After Cooking. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
